Greetings BBQ Lovers and Fellow Foodies throughout the Inland Empire… Boy did the Wright Gourmet enjoy my first dinner at Famous Dave’s Bar-B-Que right before their official grand opening on May 14, 2007. The dinner I enjoyed was one for restaurant employees & friends, and thankfully I had friends in the right places to receive an invite for my wife and daughter to come along also; in short, it was absolutely fantastic!

Greetings again Ed; You must have been recognized as being a food critic when you went to Famous Dave's BBQ, because we found the service to be terrible, and the wait even worse. Famous Dave's also serves up some of the cheapest tasting mixed drinks of any bar in the Inland Empire. Whatever mixes they are using (First Choice) taste like they should be the last choice. Terrible tasting, especially when you figure in what they are charging.
The Wright Gourmet is correct on the food however; Very Good BBQ, after waiting 2 plus hours on a Friday night! We called ahead and they refuse to take reservations... is that stupid, dumb and ignorant, or what? I don't think the management honestly cares as long as they are making money.

Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que makes some of the best BBQ my family has ever had, and the wait ranks right up with all the BBQ awards Famous Dave's has won.
Some of the best ribs served anywhere, and everything is a Production; we found it a bunch corny, but still had fun.
The parking is a real problem, and we tried Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que on a Thursday afternoon. We have seen lines wrapped around the corner waiting to get in while driving past and given up going back because of the wait.

Hello Again; We are going to disagree again here everyone, Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que is store bought BBQ and over piced at that.
We tried to eat their but the line was so long we left and the prices seem to forget that this is not the beach area. To much money for a whole lot of sit and wait?

Well maybe it is worth the wait.

Unfortunately we found Dangerous Daves a dissapointment. The service was mediocor but the sandwiches we ordered
we very small and the meat was tough and dry with little flavor. Mill Creek Cattle CO. and Joeys BBQ have much better food and better prices.
